Summary: | Based on the conception, a new scheme on reclosing phase by phase for double-circuit transmission lines on the same tower is proposed in this paper. The characteristics and the negative factors of the automatic reclosing for double-circuit transmission lines are analyzed firstly. And then, a new scheme on reclosing phase by phase is presented. The new one adopts different tripping strategy towards various faults, which ensures single loop in operation during cross-country fault occurrence as far as possible. Meanwhile, the breaker action after oscillation end is discussed. The scheme can both enhance the inter-connection between systems connected by the double-circuit transmission lines during the fault and reduce the surge brought by permanent fault reclosing. |
