Summary:Based on analysis of the characteristic of resource management in small enterprises cluster, one kind of graphical hierarchical model to describe the resource of small enterprises cluster based on the resource tree was proposed, which is helpful to reduce the complexity of resource organization, evaluation and selection. It is also helpful to improve the competitive capability of small enterprises cluster. An example applied to die-casting die small enterprises cluster was also presented.
