| Summary: | Author introduces the process of opening title training courses in Japan, structure of trained engineers, flow process of training courses, training content, training task (qualification acquirement and aims of accepting training activities), and follow-up investigation. In the past 11 years, 90 engineers from Egypt, China, Indonesia, Thailand, etc. participated technical training of nondestructive testing. Training subjects include the outline of nondestructive testing, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, penetrant inspection, radiation transmission testing, eddy current testing, strain measurement, acoustic emission evaluation, steel product production and nondestructive testing, breaking tests and fractography examination, nondestructive testing of castings and forgings, nondestructive testing of welded structures, maintenance inspection, etc. Materials covered are steels. |
