Based on the Naranjo algorithm, the likelihood that our patient's prolonged ventricular pause was due to ticagrelor exposure was probable.CONCLUSIONTicagrelor use is associated with prolonged ventricular pauses, warranting close monitoring, particularly during the first week of therapy.
