Summary: | Temperature and time dependences of the magnetization of Co sub 0.53 Ga sub 0.47 spin glass with freezing temperature T sub f = 10K were investigated. Strong influence of aging effects on the character of time relaxation was found at temperatures below T sub 1 = 8.5K. It suggests that the maximum time tau sub max in the relaxation time spectrum of Co sub 0.53 Ga sub 0.47 spin glass is < 200 s at T > 8.5K. The influence of small temperature variations on aging processes was also studied. The behavior of Co sub 0.53 Ga sub 0.47 spin glass is discussed in terms of chaotic local anisotropy of the cobalt clusters. |
