High-field magnetization and crystalline field of R sub 2 Fe sub 1 sub 4 B and R sub 2 Co sub 1 sub 4 B
A magnetization jump, i.e., first order magnetization process, is observed at 4.2 K in the [100] direction of Nd sub 2 Co sub 1 sub 4 B at approximately 210 kOe.
