Summary: | The present study examines the rehabilitation of a stream that has been greatly ruined, looking at it being pollution free and to restock it with flora and fauna and also making it useful for a healthy environment as well as the neighboring population. This stream cuts through the city of Aracatuba in the State of Sao Paulo, Brazil and formerly was a source of potable water for the population. There was a source of mineral water near its banks not long ago called Saint Terezinha Wellspring. The idea of this paper comes from the necessity of the useful area near the banks of the stream for the construction of a residential building.
