Stellar spectrophotometer for wavelengths of 3500-8900 Aa: I. Optomechanical and control systems

We describe a stellar spectrophotometer designed for the absolute spectrophotometry of stars at wavelengths of 3500-8900 Aa with 30 Aa resolution. The instrument is mounted on the 80-cm telescope of the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory.
