IncidentalGa uptake into an appendiceal mucocele in a patient with sigmoid colon cancer

We report a case of sigmoid colon cancer in which visualization of an appendiceal mucocele was unexpectedly found duringGa scintigraphy, and discuss a proposed mechanism of uptake.
