Summary: | When we got back to the archdiocesan offices after our training, the first I-Wheel(TM) we did explored the implications of channeling a significant portion of staff time toward meeting with pastors, principals and directors of religious education. Once transferred, input can be manipulated to produce reports for decision makers, with summary wheels that identify the most important positive and negative implications. Before participating in the I-Wheel on the K-8 standards, many adult education staff members expressed frustration that this initiative did not concern them. Mr. Wilmer said, I believe this kind of thinking should be integrated with cooperative learning. |
