Summary: | Chemical polymerization of aniline in the presence of MF-4SC, a perfluorinated polysulfonic acid, is carried out for the first time in the mixed solvent water/2-propanol. The polymerization results in soluble interpolyelectrolyte complexes forming free-standing films with high proton conductivity, up to 0.05 S cm super(-1), and electrical conductivity of 6 10 super(-5) S cm super(-1). |
