Summary:The existing test mode has shortcomings. It makes the test procedure overtime, makes the test program complex to maintenance, and limits the advanced diagnosis algorithm application. New software architecture of ATE is promoted in this paper. It divides the test procedure from the result judgment and the diagnosis procedure. The architecture design, schedule model and diagnosis procedure are also detailed presented. The software has been applied and verified in some test equipments.
