Summary: | In this present article, the authors will continue the theoretical and methodological presentation of one of the most used instruments in evaluating the managerial and economic performance -- the diagnosis. Also known as diagnostic analysis, the method is used to determine the viability potential of the organization, basically establishing a diagnosis of the said organization, and based on that diagnosis strategic and tactical recommendations are formulated, which are then used in the strategic projection of its future. In this present article, the authors will focus on the last two methodological stages of realizing a diagnosis, namely determining the viability potential of the organization and formulating recommendations. |
