Summary:Samples studied in this work were originated from Ti-rich Ni-Ti alloys wires, with shape effect memory above room temperature and supposed to have superelastic behaviour at temperatures above approximately 100 degree C, subject to thermomechanical processing in industrial scale and subsequently heat treated in laboratorial scale. The mechanical properties of the samples with distinct processing conditions were evaluated by tensile test at distinct temperatures at martensite and austenite states, which were previously determined by Differential Scanning Calorimetry DSC) thermal analyses.
