Summary: | Flower-like structure [subscript]In2[/subscript] [subscript]S3[/subscript] particles are prepared by a simple and rapid method. The reaction proceeds in a polyalcohol system without using any complex precursors. The phase and morphology of the [subscript]In2[/subscript] [subscript]S3[/subscript] are investigated. Furthermore, flower-like structure CuS particles are synthesized via the reaction of [superscript]Cu2+[/superscript] ions with the obtained [subscript]In2[/subscript] [subscript]S3[/subscript] as templates. Both the [subscript]In2[/subscript] [subscript]S3[/subscript] and CuS particles can be used in preparing compound solar cell material [subscript]CuInS2[/subscript] . |
