Graduate student must have an entrepreneur formation to get into the social and productive sector. The entrepreneur formation model is based on programs aimed to promote and improve the entrepreneur spirit in education. As a proof of this, there are models at different levels of education with a self-directed focus towards entrepreneurship practices in countries such as Netherlands, Germany, Costa Rica, Chile, Canada, United States of America, among others. This article presents the design of a transversal and longitudinal model for the formation of entrepreneurs, based on the need of developing undergraduate students, an attitude towards the challenge of starting a project or building their own business based on a human quality approach.
