Summary: | On material components of the books live many saprophytic fungal species that under certain circumstances, by enzymes and toxins released, attack living organisms, disrupt their metabolism and cellular structure affecting the tissues and organs of animals and humans and producing certain diseases called mycoses. The enzymes and toxins produced by species of Aspergillus, Penicillium, Stachybotris, Microsporium and Rhinosporium are responsible for the degradation of tissues and production of fungal infections. The prevention of the diseases begins with the compliance to the general norms of conservation, in order to avoid the fungi outbreak. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT] |
