Summary: | Public transport 1s the main way that people in the majority of developing nations access Jobs, community resources, healthcare, and leisure activities. Public buses continue to be the most economical mode of transportation and a catalyst for economic growth in India. Electric Buses are the most efficient innovation that offers environmental benefits with lower fuel, zero emissions, reduce noise pollution and maintenance cost, these Electric Vehicles (EVs) contribute significantly to improve public health and sustainability by reducing carbon dioxide emissions. The focus of this research is to evaluate the factors influencing the adoption of electric buses in BEST bus services. The technique used in the current research is SEM. The outcome of the analysis of the study indicated that there is a significant impact of attitude towards adoption of electric buses, environmental concern, and subjective norms on adoption of Electric Buses. |
