Summary:Alignment consolidation and evaluation of a series of novel particles produced by sartan as a precursor. In rapidly hypertensive rodents, a significant portion of the planned combination can effectively reduce circulatory stress. It was possible that the hydrolyzed proteins catalyze the precise release of the primary prescriptions of the precursors at the binding site. At a dose of 10 mg/kg after the oral combination, the peak mean heart rate (MBP) response was reduced to 70.2 ± 5.0 mmHg (compound 1) and 61.2 ± 1.0 mmHg, respectively. (Compound 4). The antihypertensive effect persisted for more than 24 hours and was superior to losartan and comparable to telmisartan. The final pharmacokinetic test results of 1 were consistent with the competitor's in vivo effect on hypertension. The effect of new combinations on the heartbeats of rodents and other side effects that weren't visible during the entire association were used to support their success. Heightens 1 and 4 can be thought of right away as expected competitors for drugs that treat hypertension.
