The ED clinicians have some concerns and differences in the experience about how intravenous (IV) tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) will be administered in above-mentioned settings. [...]intravenous tissue plasminogen activator use hasn't been extensively used in the clinical practice among ED clinicians. METHODS This retrospective, non-interventional, observational study included patients aged >18 years who presented to emergency department of Training and Research Hospital with acute ischemic stroke and underwent thrombolytic therapy between January 2017 and January 2022.
