Summary:In order to solve the compatible display problems of mobile phone, tablet and computer accessing the digital library resource, and better meet the access consistency of user experience, this paper studied the responsive web design technology, based on HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS3 and Javascript technology, and built the new responsive website system for university library's digital resource, which can automatically adapt to the access of a variety of screen size devices, and realize the consistency web page display between the mobile and the desktop terminal.
