Summary:The problem that often occurs in the deployment of green hospitals in various hospitals in Indonesia is that the performance of green hospitals is always measured symbolically. Green hospital performance is rarely understood substantively by measuring the hospital management's ability to manage waste, energy and water resources, or he negative impacts experienced by the community. The study aims to measure environmental performance and management performance in the deployment of the green hospital concept. Environmental performance was measured using the Environmental Performance Measurement System (IEMPS) approach combined with the law on hazardous waste management. Meanwhile, management performance was measured using Malcolm Baldrige's performance analysis. The research was conducted at Batu Baptist Hospital in Indonesia. The hospital is included in the category A class hospital. The method used is the mixed method involving a number of respondents as many as 78 people. The result of the data analysis shows that Batu Baptist Hospital is currently still in the process of being a Green Hospital, both based on management performance and environmental performance aspects. Batu Baptist Hospital has not fully implemented the green hospital concept. The result contradicts the claim from the Hospital which states that it is a green hospital. The actual hospital condition is that it has not fully implemented a green hospital or is still going to a green hospital.
