Summary:Mesenteric fibromatosis is a fibroblastic proliferation of the mesentery and is often called an intra-abdominal desmoid tumour. The non-specific clinical presentation of this condition makes preoperative diagnosis difficult. We present a case of mesenteric fibromatosis with cavity formation and review its clinical and radiological features.
