Summary:In case of voluminous cyst associating inflammatory reaction with chronic pelvic pain - dysuria and irritative bladder symptoms, painful ejaculation, perineal discomfort, surgical treatment is indicated with minimal invasive approaches being reported safe and feasible. The cystic lesion approximately 90/110/100 mm (AP/LL/CC) was positioned retrovezical belonging to the right seminal vesicle, well delimited and associating multiple vegetative intracystic tumoral formations adjacent to the right ejaculatory duct. The surgery lasted 180 minutes with blood loss of 210ml and grade I Clavien Dindo complication grade (30 days post operatory).
