Summary:Getting young people and adults who have not completed compulsory education back into school is one of the current challenges facing most schools in disadvantaged areas. In this study, we aim to analyse the extent to which a complementary educational support programme represents a viable solution to this major problem. To this end, a marketing research was carried out based on the case study, which monitored the impact of the programme on the 41 young and adult participants. Research results reveal a positive impact of the programme with significant progress being recorded by the participants on all the variables analysed.
