The results showed that ß-acetoxyisovalerylalkannin inhibited the growth of Kyse 140 and Eca 109 cells in a concentration-dependent manner. [...]with the prolongation of the treatment time and the increase of the dose of ß-acetoxyisovalerylalkannin, the inhibitory effect on cell growth was enhanced. [...]it could be seen that PI + cells and Annexin V + /PI + cells were mainly dead cells after apoptosis of SKOV3 and A2780 cells was induced by ß-acetoxyisovalerylalkannin. LEE et al. &12' detected the apoptosis rate of human melanoma cell line A375SM by Annexin V/PI double staining and found that ß-acetoxyisovalerylalkannin increased the expression of pro-apoptotic protein and decreased the expression of anti-apoptotic protein, thus inducing apoptosis of human melanoma A375SM cells and reducing the tumor volume of mouse transplanted tumor ( A375SM ) model through MAPK signal pathway. |
