Summary:According to the data information of China Pesticide Information Network[12] , biological pesticides registered for the control of grape gray mold include; 100 million CFU/g Trichoderma harzianum WDG, 200 million spores/g Trichoderma WP, 24% validamycin AS and 0. In order to verify the control effects of the above 4 biopesticides on grape gray mold in Jianshui County, a randomized field total was earned out to provide experimental data support for the biological control of grape gray mold in Jianshui County. 2 Materials and methods 2.1 Agents The biopesticides tested included 100 million CFU/g T. harzianum WDG ( Chengdu Tepu Biotechnology Co. , Ltd. , registration number PD20150694) , 200 million spores/g Trichoderma WP (Shanghai Wanlihua Bio-tech Co. , Ltd. , registration number PD20160752) , 24% validamycin AS ( Wuhan Kernel Biotechnology Co. , Ltd. , registration number PD20150331 ) and 0. Agrolex Spayer Jacto HD400 Linong 16 L Backpack Sprayer % adjustable nozzle, pressure 1-2 kgf/cm2, flow rate 255 - 950 mL/min & was used for spraying. 2.4 Test survey 2.4.1 Survey time. Disease index = [ Σ % Number of diseased ears at each level × The representative value of the level) ] /% Number of total ears × 9) × 100 (1) Relative control effect % %) = [ 1 - % CK0 × PT1 ) / % CD) × PT0)] × 100% (2) where PT0 represents the disease index before application in test area; PT1 represents the disease index after application in test area; CK0 represents the disease index before application in control area; CK1 represents the disease index after application in control area. 3Results and analysis The data % Table 2) showed that gray mold began to appear on grape ears when agents were sprayed for the first time on June 10, and the incidence and disease index of each treatment were slightly diferent, but there was no statistical signifcant diference in disease index among treatments.
