Summary:Poland-Moebius syndrome is a combination of two rare congenital syndromes. It is characterized by unilateral aplasia or hypoplasia of the pectoral muscles, nonprogressive bilateral facial paralysis, the inability of the eyes to abduct beyond midline, orofacial anomalies and limb deficiencies. An 8-day-old girl with Poland-Moebius syndrome who had feeding difficulties and abnormal crying and typical clinical features such as micrognathia, ptosis, expessionless face, aplasia of the left pectoralis muscle in thorax ultrasonography and facial paralysis in electromyography is reported.
