The characteristicsmodeldevelopedinthisresearchbroadly combines threemodelsofinterrelated system development betweentheBorgandGallmodelasthe backbone, Hanafin, andPack asthelearninginteraction process,andthewaterfall modelasthemakingofthe mentoringapplication system.Thefinalresultofthe researchistheestablishmentofconceptualmodeldesign in adigitallearningsystemfromacertificationprogram based onthe IndustrialProfessionaland Association fields.
