Summary: | This research entitled "Empathy in Adolescents of the Educational Unit" April 21 "Period April-August 2019" that aimed to determine the main characteristics of empathy in adolescents of the ninth years of Basic Education A and B of The Educational Unit "April 21 " of the city of Riobamba, taking into account that the direct beneficiaries are the students of these parallels, it should be emphasized that empathy is a key element for emotional intelligence, in the educational and personal field, allowing it to the adolescent to act, to think, to reason, to analyze and to put themselves in the shoes of the other before different situations that the other person was going through. The structural validation test of the basic empathy scale (BES) modified in adolescents by Cesar Merino - Soto belonging to the psychology research institute of the University of San Martín de Porres Lima - Peru was used as a model for data collection. Taking into account that the investigation had only one variable, later for its respective analysis and interpretation the computer program of Excel name was used, where it was possible to establish the type of empathy that prevails in the aforementioned parallels of said educational institution. Este proyecto es fundamental para poder observar los escases de empatía que se da actualmente en los estudiantes, es muy importante debido a que esta habilidad les permite poder ser de alguna manera ser más sensibles y analíticos, tomando en cuenta que pasan la mayor parte de sus vidas dentro de un aula de clase en donde a diario son escenarios de burlas, insultos, golpes, empujones entre otros. |
