Summary:One of the ways to solve the processing and transformation of organic household waste from agriculture and various branches of industry, turning them into precious organic fertilizers, like biohumus (biocompost, vermicompost) is vermiculture. The production and use of biohumus is addressed to those with livestock farms, but also to those who have vegetable, fruit, greenhouse, vegetable farms and have access to animal manure from other livestock farms. This paper aims to highlight the advantages of using biohumus for healthier and more natural agricultural production.
