Summary:Cal.); Woodland Hills) and Hon. Daniel P. Collins (U.S. Bankruptcy Court (D. Ariz.); Phoenix), and Co-Chairs Patrick A. Clisham (Engelman Berger, PC; Phoenix) and Jordan A. Kroop (Perkins Coie LLP; Phoenix), promise an exciting program at this fantastic venue. Some of the topics we cover during the Southwest Program will include the popular Judicial Roundtable, complex confirmation issues, repurposing or reimagining distressed real estate, and the strategies and risks of bankruptcy as a response to state court litigation, as well as networking breaks and a margarita reception. The programming was superb, and I particularly enjoyed the networking with Judicial Chair Hon. Michael E. Wiles (U.S. Bankruptcy Court (S.D.N.Y.); Hartsdale) and Co-Chairs Sandeep Qusba (Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP; New York) and Leon Szlezinger (Jefferies; New York).
