Summary:This study is an extended analysis of Shu-Hua Tsai's study in 2020, "A Study of Relationship on Principals' Competency Leadership and Teachers' Competency Teaching of Elementary School in Taoyuan City." It aims to understand the perceptions of principals' competency leadership from elementary school teachers with various backgrounds, and the researcher further performs comparative analysis toward variables with significant differences. This study used a questionnaire method toward 820 elementary school teachers in Taoyuan City. The data were analyzed with Independent T-test and One-way ANOVA via SPSS. The research results are (1) There was a partially significant difference in the perceptions of principals' competency leadership within teachers in different types of elementary schools. (2) There was a significant difference in the perceptions of principals' competency leadership within teachers in different scales of elementary schools. (3) Regarding description variables, there was no significant difference
