Summary:Gerver reflects on the year, and how change is the only certainty there is, and how we can help those in the future. Well resourced, properly run school libraries have never been so important; they will be vital in catalyzing the levelling up agenda, in supporting schools in helping young people understand how to deal with the vast amounts of information they are bombarded with. It has also never been more important to see libraries as places to stimulate new thinking, to encourage young people to question more, to explore more and to research more: to fire their curiosity.
