Summary:Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI and Analytics) systems become a competitive advantage in an environment where data volume increases exponentially. The theoretical applicability was confirmed and the model validated where Performance Expectation was the most influential factor and Effort Expectation was not statistically significant, indicating that BI and Analytics users minimize the effort as long as performance is improved. Referenciái Teórico 2.1.Sistemas de Business Intelligence Uma arquitetura de BI contempla uma série de conceitos e etapas como a Extraçao, Transformaçao e Carga (ETL - do ingles extration, transform and load), processo que coleta dados relevantes dos bancos de dados transacionais, transforma-os por processos de limpeza, tratamento e classificaçao e os carrega no data warehouse destino (Turban & Volonino, 2013; Vercellis, 2011).
