Summary:Emergenza Territoriale - Temperatura Corporea - Accertamento Infermieristico ABSTRACT Introduction: The detection of vital signs is an important point in the nurse patient assessment during the prehospital assessment but the detection of body temperature does not always emerge as a reference parameter. The objective of this study is to investigate through a systematic review whether in the pre-hospital setting the detection of body temperature takes place systematically and secondarily if emerges an optimal site of detection of the body temperature. Discussion: Staff should be trained in body temperature management through specifc interventions called basic nurse intervention, and in the choice of heating systems. More studies are needed in order to investigate the importance of proper body temperature management in the pre-hospital setting.
