Summary:The employment of outstanding and talented employees at organisation level is a competitive advantage for employers. In the modern labour market, attracting and maintaining these workers is the primary challenge for employers.Talent management systems support organisation-level management of employees with outstanding performance. In Hungary, these methods are less-commonly applied functions of human resource management. This article aims to create a functional network model based on the international and Hungarian literature, that demonstrates the relationship between talent management and HR functions through the integrated operation of HR functions. Identification of potential linkage between the functions enables to clarify the options of the practical application of talent management and possibilities of introducing at an organisational level.
