A New Criterion of the Feedback Stabilizability of Two-by-Two Plants
In this paper, a criterion of stabili/ability of plants without coprime factorization for 2x2 plants is given. This is expressed by two factorizations. We parametrize stabilizing controllers based on the criterion and also present their applications.
