Wh-in-situ in Bahasa Indonesia and choice function

This paper addresses the question of what is the licensing mechanism of wh-in-situ in Bahasa Indonesia/BI. We argue that the relevant mechanism is choice function ¨¤ la Reinhart (1997, 1998).
