Summary:UPJO and lithiasis of the renal pelvis or the renal calyces can be challenging but the main therapeutic objective must be a non-obstructed, stone-free upper urinary tract. The purpose of this video is to present the 3D laparoscopic pyeloplasty as treatment for ureteropelvic junction obstruction associated with multiple renal calculi. Concomitant secondary renal stones, even in great numbers, can be removed under direct vision in the same operative procedure.
