Summary:The biography of Malay youth leaders in different situations has been studied because of its association with the development of leadership skills. Quantitative findings have been retrieved by utilizing questionnaires surveys that have been disseminated to the young affiliation throughout Malaysia under Malaysia Youth Council. The research findings have been investigated by utilizing the depiction insights of several elements. However, it has been evaluated that Malay leaders had an appropriate level of education levels, family background, and physical appearances, which helped them to perform their responsibilities accordingly. The elements have been summarized that briefly illustrated about the leaders' biography or their life history, which could be helpful for the development of future benchmark in regards of youth leader.
