Summary:Academic promotion plays an important role in the vocational orientation of students, which is why it is important that the approach to the different disciplines be appropriate. This article presents pedagogical experiences that can be advanced in soil laboratories, so that the future professional in civil engineering learns to make use of this resource while performing experiments. The advantage of this approach is that the existing physical resources are used for the regular development of the soil courses; in addition, that during the experimentation, the students of the career seedbeds can participate who reinforce their knowledge while interacting with the participants.
