Summary:Health professionals often have to face the so-called ethical dilemmas imposed by situations of double complexity as they have a clinical aspect and an ethical one. In the light of current knowledge, the uniqueness of this subject, is one of the edges that is addressed from the Bioethics, and therefore serves as the basis for the purpose of this study that argues from the medical knowledge about the theoretical elements necessary for the decision making in front of ethical dilemmas present in the exercise of the medical profession.
