The used reagents and drugs mainly included anti-DRD3 ( H-50, sc-9114) rabbit monoclonal antibody (Santa Cruz, USA) , anti-AADC (AF-3564) goat polyclonal antibody ( MILILFORE, USA) , donkey anti-rabbit IgG/Alexa Fluor 594 ( Invitrogen, USA ) , donkey anti-goat IgG/Alexa Fluor 488 (Invitrogen, USA) , and DAPI staining reagent (ab104139, Abeam, UK).
