Summary:In the present work the results of the study of material collected in 68 localities along the Galician coast (NW Spain), from the intertidal to 249 m depth, are included. New relevant data are presented for a total of 54 species. The bathymetric range for 33 species on the Galician coast is extended. Several species, little mentioned so far, such as Chaperiopsis annulus, Cribrilaria venusta, Omalosecosa ramulosa, Pentapora foliacea, Reteporella beaniana, Smittoidea reticulata or Turbicellepora cantabra, turn out to be relatively frequent along our entire coastline, but in deeper waters than those prospected until now. New data are also presented for 21 previously unknown species in the Costa da Morte, seven for the ría de Muros, and six in the ría de Arousa and Cape Prior. It is also worth noting the number of species found for the first time in the "Maritime-Terrestrial National Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia", with 12 previously unknown species on the Cíes Islands and four on the Ons Island. In addition, the presence of two symmetrical avicularia in some zooids of Bugulina turbinata, a character not known so far in the genus Bugulina, is described.
