Summary:In this paper we want to highlight the advantages of creating and using forms for collecting data regarding the main changes in an urban environment, including cadastral and utilities data. These forms can be accessed from mobile devices and the reported results are analyzed in a desktop application. The users are able to send their location linked with attribute data. This approach can be used successfully in a working team or can be disseminated for interested community members, as a crowdsource possibility. Crowdsourcing is evolving as a distributed way for solving different problems. Cadastral practitioners are becoming increasingly interested in crowdsourcing. In present are needed cheaper, faster, and more fit-for-purpose methods for building and maintaining cadastre in many countries and the crowdsourced solution provides a reliable instrument in the expanding land administration toolbox. In this case, the major beneficiaries could be town halls, institutions with a role in urban planning, utility companies, as well us for identifying the condition of the historical buildings of the national heritage. Because the application enables image acquisition of the buildings including the authorized institutions can collect easier the required information.
