But a consensus of opinion among the contributors is never developed. Instead, the reader will find a variety of arguments aimed at noted inefficiencies and maldistributions in health care markets. This lack of uniformity, however, does not detract from the volume's usefulness. In fact; the differing approaches and solutions make its contents worth serious attention.
