Summary: | The main objective of this study is to identify the influence of perceived organizational support on staffs attitudinal and behavioral outcomes of Ahvaz Electricity Distribution Company. In this study, the statistical population includes all the employees in Ahvaz Electricity Distribution Company and according to the statistics in 2015, they are 340 individuals. Using Morgan table and stratified simple random sampling, 181 people were selected as the research sample and 181 questionnaires were completed and then analyzed. In terms of objective, the research method is practical and in terms of data collection, it is a descriptive research, and there is a causal relation between its variables. In order to review and describe the participants' general characteristics, descriptive statistics such as frequency distribution tables and mean were used. Moreover, SPSS software and LISREL software were used to analyze the data. Given the research results, perceived organizational support has a significant and positive influence on attitudinal outcomes with the mediating role of psychological empowerment. In addition, perceived organizational support has a significant and positive influence on behavioral outcomes with the mediating role of psychological empowerment. |
