Summary:Creation and transfer of knowledge are critical to all businesses and their performance. While entrepreneurial orientation has been associated with venture performance in the entrepreneurship literature, this relationship has not been examined in the context of learning organizations. In this study, the mediating effect of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) on the relationship between of learning organization and venture performance is examined. As such, this research advances understanding of entrepreneurial orientation and learning organization and develop arguments that the effect of EO on venture performance is likely influenced by mediating variables.
