With implementation of the new orientation program, onboarding process, and the specialty of clinical research nursing course, the leadership team hopes to assist the nurses in continuing to create quality processes and help them to develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of the specialty practice of the clinical research nurse. Pamela S.
